오늘의 단상_믿는 자의 내적 갈등과 영적 성장

 

신앙생활을 하다 보면 우리는 종종 내적 갈등을 경험합니다. 성경은 이러한 갈등이 육체와 영 사이의 싸움이라고 설명합니다. 로마서 7장 15절에서 바울은 "내가 원하는 것은 행하지 아니하고 도리어 미워하는 것을 행함이라"고 고백합니다. 이는 모든 믿는 자들이 공감할 수 있는 경험일 것입니다.

 

하지만 이러한 갈등 속에서도 우리는 영적으로 성장해 나갈 수 있습니다. 베드로전서 2장 2절은 우리에게 "갓난 아기들 같이 순전하고 신령한 젖을 사모하라"고 권면합니다. 이는 하나님의 말씀을 통해 우리가 영적으로 성장할 수 있음을 의미합니다. 관련 성경구절을 함께 찾아보면서 하나님아는 지식에서 성장하는 계기가 되길 소망합니다.

 

1. 믿는자의 내적갈등

 

[ Romans 7:15 (KJV): "For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I." "내가 행하는 것을 내가 알지 못하노니 곧 내가 원하는 것은 행하지 아니하고 도리어 미워하는 것을 행함이라" ]

 

[ Galatians 5:17 (KJV): "For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would." "육체의 소욕은 성령을 거스르고 성령은 육체를 거스르나니 이 둘이 서로 대적함으로 너희가 원하는 것을 하지 못하게 하려 함이니라" ]

 

[ Romans 7:22-23 (KJV): "For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members." 2. 첫 사람 아담에게 속한 옛 사람은 죽고 마지막 아담이신 예수님안에서 새 생명으로 탄생

3. 갓난아이같이 말씀의 젖을 사모하라

 

[ 1 Peter 2:2 (KJV): "As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:" "갓난 아기들 같이 순전하고 신령한 젖을 사모하라 이는 이로 말미암아 너희로 구원에 이르도록 자라게 하려 함이라" ]

 

[ Hebrews 5:13 (KJV): "For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe." "젖을 먹는 자마다 어린 아이니 의의 말씀을 경험하지 못한 자요" ]

4. 장성한 어른 같이 자라서 온갖 교리와 철학에 흔들리지 않아야

 

[ Ephesians 4:14 (KJV): "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;" "이는 우리가 이제부터 어린 아이가 되지 아니하여 사람의 궤술과 간사한 유혹에 빠져 모든 교훈의 풍조에 밀려 요동하지 않게 하려 함이라" ]

 

[ Hebrews 5:14 (KJV): "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." "단단한 음식은 장성한 자의 것이니 그들은 지각을 사용함으로 연단을 받아 선악을 분별하는 자들이니라" ]

5. 사람에게 주어진 공통적인 시험이 있다

 

[ 1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV): "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." "사람이 감당할 시험 밖에는 너희가 당한 것이 없나니 오직 하나님은 미쁘사 너희가 감당하지 못할 시험 당함을 허락하지 아니하시고 시험 당할 즈음에 또한 피할 길을 내사 너희로 능히 감당하게 하시느니라" ]

 

[ James 1:14 (KJV): "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed." "오직 각 사람이 시험을 받는 것은 자기 욕심에 끌려 미혹됨이니" ]

6. 육신은 모든 사람에게 공통적으로 임한 시험을 면하지 않았다

[ Galatians 5:19-21 (KJV): "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." 7. 구원받은 것은 예수 그리스도의 십자가 피의 공로

8. 육신은 세상 어둠의 통치하에 있다

9. 저들을 세상에 두고가면서 하나님아버지께 지켜주시라 간구하심

 

[ John 17:15 (KJV): "I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil." "내가 비옵는 것은 그들을 세상에서 데려가시기를 위함이 아니요 다만 악에 빠지지 않게 보전하시기를 위함이니이다" ]

 

[ John 17:11 (KJV): "And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are." "나는 세상에 더 있지 아니하오나 그들은 세상에 있사옵고 나는 아버지께로 가옵나니 거룩하신 아버지여 내게 주신 아버지의 이름으로 그들을 보전하사 우리와 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하옵소서" ]

[ Mark 9:3 (KJV): "And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them." "그 옷이 광채가 나며 세상에서 빨래하는 자가 그렇게 희게 할 수 없을 만큼 매우 희어졌더라" ]

11. 십자가에 죽고, 묻히시고,부활하신뒤 나타나신 영광의 몸

 

[ 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (KJV): "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" "내가 받은 것을 먼저 너희에게 전하였노니 이는 성경대로 그리스도께서 우리 죄를 위하여 죽으시고 장사 지낸 바 되셨다가 성경대로 사흘 만에 다시 살아나사" ]

마무리

 

우리의 신앙생활은 완벽함을 향한 여정입니다. 고린도전서 13장 9-10절은 "우리는 부분적으로 알고 부분적으로 예언하니 온전한 것이 올 때에는 부분적으로 하던 것이 폐하리라"고 말씀합니다. 우리는 지금 거울로 희미하게 보지만, 언젠가는 얼굴과 얼굴을 대면하여 볼 것입니다.

 

예수 그리스도의 십자가 공로로 우리는 구원을 받았지만, 여전히 세상 속에서 살아가고 있습니다. 그러나 우리는 희망을 가질 수 있습니다. 요한일서 3장 2절은 "그가 나타나시면 우리가 그와 같을 줄을 아는 것은 그의 참모습 그대로 볼 것이기 때문이니"라고 약속합니다. 우리의 여정은 계속되고 있으며, 주님의 때에 우리는 그리스도의 영광스러운 모습과 같이 변화될 것입니다.
