하나님의 말씀인 성경에 대해 관련 성경구절들을 찾아보면서 체계적으로 이해하고자 합니다.

 

1. 성경의 영감과 목적

 

디모데후서 3:16-17: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

 

(모든 성경 기록은 하나님의 영감으로 주신 것으로 교리와 책망과 바로잡음과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니 이것은 하나님의 사람이 완전하게 되어 모든 선한 일에 철저히 갖추어지게 하려 함이라.)

 

베드로후서 1:20-21: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

 

(먼저 알 것은 성경의 모든 예언은 사사로이 풀 것이 아니니 예언은 언제든지 사람의 뜻으로 낸 것이 아니요 오직 성령의 감동하심을 받은 사람들이 하나님께 받아 말한 것임이라.)

 

시편 119:105: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

 

(주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다.)

 

2. 하나님의 소통 방식의 변화

 

히브리서 1:1: God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

 

(지나갈 때에는 여러 시대에 다양한 방식으로 대언자들을 통하여 조상들에게 말씀하신 하나님께서)

 

민수기 12:6: And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.

 

(그가 이르시되, 내 말을 들으라. 너희 중에 대언자가 있으면 나 주가 환상으로 나를 그에게 알리며 꿈으로 그와 말하리라.)

 

요엘 2:28: And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.

 

(그 후에 내가 내 영을 모든 육체에 부어 주리니 너희의 아들딸들은 예언할 것이요 너희의 늙은이들은 꿈을 꾸며 너희의 젊은이들은 환상을 볼 것이며)

 

3. 성경의 완전성과 영속성

 

고린도전서 13:8-10: Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

 

(사랑은 결코 없어지지 아니하되 대언은 있다해도 없어질 것이요, 타언어들도 있다 해도 그칠 것이며 지식도 있다 해도 사라지리라. 우리가 부분적으로 알고 부분적으로 대언하나 완전한 것이 오면 그때에는 부분적인 것이 없어지리라.)

 

마태복음 5:18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

 

(진실로 너희에게 이르노니, 천지가 없어지기 전에는 율법의 일점일획이라도 결코 없어지지 아니하고 다 이루리라.)

 

이사야 40:8: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

 

(풀은 마르고 꽃은 시드나 우리 하나님의 말씀은 영원히 서리라.)

 

4. 사도들의 서신과 성경 기록

 

고린도전서 14:37: If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

 

(만일 어떤 사람이 자기를 대언자나 영적인 자로 생각하거든 그는 내가 너희에게 쓰는 것들이 주의 명령들인 줄 인정할지니라.)

 

베드로후서 3:15-16: And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

 

(또 우리 주의 오래 참으심이 구원이 될 줄로 여기라. 우리 사랑하는 형제 바울도 그에게 주어진 지혜대로 너희에게 이같이 썼고 또 그의 모든 서신에서 이것들에 관하여 말하였으되 그 중에 알기 어려운 것들이 더러 있으니 배우지 못한 자들과 굳세지 못한 자들이 다른 성경들처럼 그것들을 억지로 풀다가 스스로 멸망에 이르느니라.)

 

갈라디아서 1:11-12: But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

 

(형제들아, 내가 너희에게 알게 하노니, 내가 전한 복음은 사람의 뜻을 따라 된 것이 아니니라. 이는 내가 사람에게서 받은 것도 아니요 배운 것도 아니며 오직 예수 그리스도의 계시로 말미암은 것이라.)

 

5. 바울의 성경 정리 작업

 

디모데후서 4:13: The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments.

 

(네가 올 때에 내가 드로아에서 가보에게 맡겨 놓은 겉옷을 가져오고 또 책들을 가져오되 특별히 양피지들을 가져오라)

 

골로새서 4:16: And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.

 

(이 서신을 너희에게서 읽은 후에 라오디게아 사람들의 교회에서도 읽히게 하고 또 라오디게아로부터 오는 서신을 너희도 읽으라.)

 

데살로니가전서 5:27: I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.

(내가 주를 힘입어 너희에게 명하노니, 이 서신을 모든 거룩한 형제들에게 읽히게 하라.)
