오늘의 단상_하나님께서 바울에게 계시하신 것 (바울에게 주어진 7가지 비밀)

 

1. 바울의 사도직 강조

 

바울은 오늘날 교회에 중요한 특정 비밀들을 계시하도록 하나님께서 선택하신 사도로 강조됩니다.

 

"Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God," (Romans 1:1)

 

(예수 그리스도의 종 바울은 사도로 부르심을 받아 하나님의 복음을 위해 구별되었는데)

 

"For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:" (Romans 11:13)

 

(내가 이방인들인 너희에게 말하노라. 내가 이방인들의 사도인 만큼 내 직무를 영화롭게 여기나니)

 

"Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? are not ye my work in the Lord?" (1 Corinthians 9:1)

 

(내가 사도가 아니냐? 내가 자유로운 자가 아니냐? 내가 예수 그리스도 우리 주를 보지 아니하였느냐? 너희는 주 안에서 행한 나의 일이 아니냐?)

 

2. 베드로와 바울의 사역 비교

 

이 메시지는 유대인들을 향한 베드로의 초기 설교와 이방인들을 향한 바울의 사명 사이의 차이점에 초점을 맞춥니다.

 

"But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;" (Galatians 2:7)

 

(오히려 그들은 베드로가 할례자들의 복음을 맡은 것 같이 내가 무할례자들의 복음을 맡은 것을 보았나니)

 

"For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:" (Galatians 2:8)

 

((이는 베드로 안에서 효력 있게 일하사 그를 할례자들의 사도로 삼으신 이가 또한 내 안에서 강력하게 일하사 나를 이방인들의 사도로 삼으셨음이라.))

 

"And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision." (Galatians 2:9)

 

(또 기둥같이 여겨지는 야고보와 게바와 요한도 내게 주신 은혜를 알므로 나와 바나바에게 오른손을 내밀어 교제를 나타내었으니 이것은 우리는 이방인들에게로 가고 그들은 할례자들에게로 가고자 함이라.)

 

3. 복음의 중심 변화

 

"예수님이 누구신가"에서 "예수님이 무엇을 하셨는가"(구원의 복음)로의 강조점 변화를 강조합니다.

 

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;" (1 Corinthians 15:1-3)

 

(또한 형제들아, 내가 너희에게 선포한 복음을 너희에게 밝히 알리노니 너희 역시 그 복음을 받았으며 또 그 가운데 서 있느니라. 너희가 만일 내가 너희에게 선포한 것을 기억하고 헛되이 믿지 아니하였으면 또한 그 복음으로 구원을 받았느니라. 내가 또한 받은 것을 무엇보다 먼저 너희에게 전하였노니 그것은 곧 성경 기록대로 그리스도께서 우리의 죄들로 인하여 죽으시고)

 

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

 

(우리가 아직 죄인이었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위해 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리를 향한 자신의 사랑을 당당히 제시하시느니라.)

 

"For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified." (1 Corinthians 2:2)

 

(내가 너희 가운데서 예수 그리스도 곧 십자가에 못 박히신 그분 외에는 아무것도 알지 아니하기로 결심하였느니라.)

 

4. 교회 시대의 종말

 

현재 시대는 그 끝이 가까워지고 있는 것(교회 시대)으로 묘사되며, 믿는 자들의 휴거가 임박했음을 강조합니다.

 

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

 

(주께서 호령과 천사장의 음성과 하나님의 나팔 소리와 함께 친히 하늘로부터 내려오시리니 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그 뒤에 살아서 남아 있는 우리가 그들과 함께 구름들 속으로 채여 올라가 공중에서 주를 만나리라. 그리하여 우리가 항상 주와 함께 있으리라.)

 

"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." (1 Corinthians 15:51-52)

 

(보라, 내가 너희에게 한 가지 신비를 보이노니 우리가 다 잠자지 아니하고 마지막 나팔 소리가 날 때에 눈 깜짝할 사이에 순식간에 다 변화되리라. 나팔 소리가 나매 죽은 자들이 썩지 아니할 것으로 일으켜지며 우리가 변화되리니)

 

"For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way." (2 Thessalonians 2:7)

 

(불법의 신비가 이미 일하고 있나니 다만 지금 막는 자가 길에서 옮겨지기까지 막으리라.)

 

5. 성경의 비밀과 이교도의 모방 구분

 

이 가르침은 이러한 성경의 비밀들을 이교도의 모방과 구별하며, 예수 그리스도를 통한 구원으로 이끄는 그들의 역할을 강조합니다.

 

"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." (1 Timothy 3:16)

"Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:" (1 Corinthians 2:6-7)

 

(그러나 우리가 완전한 자들 가운데서 지혜를 말하거니와 그것은 이 세상의 지혜가 아니요 또 아무것도 아닌 것이 될 이 세상 통치자들의 지혜도 아니니라. 다만 우리가 신비 속에 있는 하나님의 지혜 곧 감추어진 지혜를 말하노니 이 지혜는 하나님께서 우리의 영광을 위하여 세상이 생기기 전에 정하신 것이라.)

 

"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." (2 Corinthians 4:3-4)

 

(그러나 만일 우리의 복음이 가려졌다면 그것은 잃어버린 자들에게 가려졌느니라. 그들 속에서 이 세상의 신이 믿지 않는 자들의 마음을 가려 하나님의 형상이신 그리스도의 영광스러운 복음의 빛이 그들에게 비치지 못하게 하였느니라.)
